The AAU Taekwondo Program
The sport of Taekwondo is one of 30 plus sports offered by the Amateur Athletic Union. The AAU Taekwondo Program is open to athletes of all ages and abilities. Athletes may participate in Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Black Belt divisions in Forms, Olympic-style Sparring and Point Sparring. The AAU Taekwondo Program offers professionally run competitions for practitioners of all styles of traditional Taekwondo, including Tangsoodo Moo Do Kwan.
Warfield Martial Arts & Ten Tiger Studio
Since 1984, Warfield Martial Arts and the Ten Tiger Studio have been providing instruction in Kung Fu, personal well-being and phyisical fitness in the Central PA area. Now located in Myerstown, PA, Warfield Martial Arts & Ten Tiger Studio has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.
Headed by Timothy Warfield (Master) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, Warfield Martial Arts & Ten Tiger Studio offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in "Zong He Style" of martial arts.

The hosts of the Sunshine State Martial Arts Festival to be held in Clearwater Beach FL in the spring of 2011, have received an historical 5 World Rankings. Competitors at this event will be eligible to try out for the official team competing in Korea in 2011.
